Q: What is your payment method?
A: We prefer T/T 30% deposit and the balance 70% paid off before shipment. L/C accepted.
Q: What certificates you have for your products?
A: Products meet ISO9001 quality management system, SGS,
BSIC,BRC etc.
Q: Can I get a free sample for presentation and quality test?
A: Free sample in stock, pls feel free to enquiry
Q: Which delivery method can I choose from?
A: Sea freight, ari express or any forwarder you may prefer.
Q: I want to put my logo on the mug?
A: Engravement, silkscreen printing are available. pls send us your art work to proceed.
Q: I want to design my own mug, what can you do?
A: We are expertized in precision mould and related industry. Both OEM and ODM are acceptable.
Your technical request is warmly welcomed. Our R&D team with anyalize your need and work closely with you to finalize the project to the end. If you already got the design, we provice OEM to faciliate the progress and feedback per our knowledge.
Q: Can I design new products by myself?
A: Yes, we can customize new products and design new mold for you.
